All of the following of volunteer positions:
Registrar
- Sets up and manages the seasonal registration for soccer
- Serves as the initial point of contact for questions and inquires about playing soccer in the club
- Coordinates promotion of the club programs to the greater community
Secretary
- Maintains the official records and minutes of the club
- Records the minutes of the all regular meetings
Field Manager
- Manages the care and coordination of playing fields
- Plans out field locations
- Coordinates initial and regular lining of fields
- Assures field equipment (goals, nets, etc) and fields are ready for play
- Manages treatment of turf on appropriate fields
Compliance Manager
- Manages and oversees the registration of players in the Manheim Soccer Club
- Updates the registration system based on league changes
- Works with different soccer leagues including CPYSL and LANCO
Equipment Manager
- Maintains and inventories a soccer equipment (goals, balls, shirts, etc.)
- Distributes equipment to teams and collects after the season
- Checks on conditions of equipment and makes recommendations for replacement as needed
